We are passionate about helping people. We are always in search of something that drives us but also add value to others. Massage  is it that thing for us. We help our clients find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stressors of life. 

Our bodywork style is holistic, nurturing and detailed. The owner is  over 6 years experienced and 4 years teaching massage therapy. We have honed skills and an intuitive touch which helps to unwind the tension in our client's body. Also, our work help their mind and spirit to deeply rest or even re-set their body.

We have only  licensed and  certified massage therapist working with us in Florida for 6 years. We are an insured member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). We are trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage (Swedish) and bodywork including myofascial release or deep tissue massage, cranial sacral massage, sport massage and trigger point therapy, reflexology, cupping, lymphatic drainage, Thai massage, and pre-natal massage.

We also have a certified fitness coach on board with us which will provide the right exercises needed to those clients that need rehabilitation.
